Are you ready to travel again? We are here to give you all the support you might need. Your safety, as well as the other members of the group has always been our top priority.
That is why distancing and cleaning measures have been added on all of our tours.
Our policy features health and safety procedures from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, it means that no matter how strict they might be, you will be having the time of your life. The policy might change as time goes on and as we continue to monitor local public health recommendations, but remember, keeping you as safe as possible is our number one priority.
Our TL is responsible that all the hotels and the different services that we hire fulfill all the safety requirements while you have the time of your life.
Here we show you how they will do that:
They have First Aid training, also they were trained in all our safety protocols.
They have contacts with local clinics that will help you if you're feeling sick.
New training is schedule every month to ensure they are up to date on all health and safety policies during these evolving times.
As they are local, they have extensive knowledge so they can help you go around wherever you’re travelling.
They’ll wear face masks all the time ad when it is necessary a face shield based on local guidelines and recommendations.
While on tour
Every surface in the vehicles will be clean every time we leave the unit for the visit. If local transportation is used, precautions will be followed in adherence to local health and safety regulations to keep our travellers safe and sound.
Each traveller will have an assigned seat, your baggage will be kept in a specific place until we end the trip.
Hand-sanitizer and a mask will be required every time you board the vehicle. Facial coverings will be required while on-board.
Daily deep cleaning and disinfecting of all surface areas inside your room with extra cleaning on light switches, door handles, TV remotes, and thermostats.
We have always carefully selected our food service so wherever possible, we will reserve separate tables or private rooms at the restaurants we visit.
Freedom and flexibility to do your own thing on our tours with optional activities and experiences is a big part of our tours so please talk with your TL.
